I have 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, as a Talent Manager, Career consultant and trainer in various environments like pharmaceutical industry and public administration. Former Director of the Maison de l’emploi du Bassin Cannois, I am a certified Coach and hold a Master Degree in Political Science. An independent coach and HR consultant, I collaborate with SKEMA Business School and have worked with clients such as Mougins City Council, VIRBAC SA, Laboratoires Genévrier and many others. My deep belief is that every one’s talent and contribution is necessary to take up the great challenges of our world: equality, ecology, poverty eradication and peace. Women have a
