Vasileios Kanas was born in Patras, Greece, in 1987. He received the Diploma degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras (UPatras), in 2005. He is currently a PhD student in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He has worked as a research associate at the Biomedical Signal Processing and Analysis Laboratory of the Dept. of Medical Physics at UPatras and as a research associate at the Neuroscience Laboratory of the Dept. of Applied Mathematics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
