Defines the product in partnership with our product and engineering team, leading our efforts in marketing, PR/communications, and partnerships, building a world-class team, and generally running our United States operations. In this role has full P&L responsibility for the market, driving local marketing efforts directly and working with global and international teams to deliver the product and certain programs. The primary goals are to grow the marketplace on the buyer and seller side, domestically and globally, and to build the overall Talent Now brand in this high potential market.
