Execute integrated Workforce Management (iWFM) plans in driving E2E Demand Management, Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition to drive company’s aim to maximise Total Shareholder Return (TSR) Perform necessary analytics to review incoming demand signals, expiration of existing demand and availability of internal resources and advise the delivery units on the right resource hiring strategy. Control internal bench between 1 to 5% of total headcount at any point of time.
