Vikas earned his B.Tech+M.Tech and PhD degrees in mechanical engineering from IIT-Bombay. During his bachelors at IIT, he was mainly involved in robotics, product design, medical device development and earned a few patents and awards for the same.
During his PhD (2011-2015), Vikas added new skillsets of algorithms and software design, especially in the field of medical imaging and visualization. He is the inventor of the nationally acclaimed technology named XrayTo3D.
