- All-around HR player with profound knowledge of all core HR processes, policies and functions;
- Strong business acumen;

- Practitioner in implementation of programs and initiatives which attract and develop talents and prevent employees’ churn;
- Experience in restructuring, HC optimisation, social bargaining and negotiation with trade unions;
- Proven success in implementation of HR Shared Services concept and automation of HR processes;
