As a young nurse working in a mainstream medical environment, I quickly discovered that modern medicine is more about disease management rather than disease prevention. I subsequently decided to train as a fitness leader, studied Leisure Management and then trained as a naturopath. This training has given me the knowledge to help others prevent disease and correct health problems, without the use of drugs.
