Walter Huang is CEO of Tianjin Binhai VC Investment, managing the national strategic emerging industry’s venture capital funded by China government’s National Development and Reform Commission. He also serves as a Board Director of China Wind Power International Corp, one of the largest independent wind energy companies in China.

Mr. Huang has more than 10 years private equity investment and investment banking experience in such industries as Internet/telecommunication, media, high-tech, consumer products, aviation, clean tech and renewable energy. He led the effort of a consortium consisting of five US and Chinese companies to build the largest theme park in Beijing with an investment
