Born and raised in suburban Philadelphia (with the exception of a two-year stint in Cleveland). Graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University. Trained in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble. Started advertising career in Washington, D.C. at Earle Palmer Brown. Moved to Detroit to get a sense of life outside the east coast while broadening my agency experience at W.B. Doner. Kept moving west where I landed at Y&R/San Francisco and began working on consumer packaged goods businesses.
