As we are working in the remote area and there was no any awareness for the education, proper health and hygiene and other related facilities regarding the needs of life. Besides this they were also unaware regarding the community participation for the development through CCBs and Farmer Groups. Knowing the fact WDO Balochistan took interest and visited the area round the districts Naseerabad, Jaffarabad, Sibi and Jal Magsi to mobilized the communities though mobilizers, volunteers and even senior management for the formation of CCBs and Farmer Groups.
