- HR & Admin loop; be the first point contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, work certificate, salary certificate, Leave request, all type of visa etc.
- Ensure the relevant data is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agencies
- Handle overall in accounting, Bank reconciles, Payroll and other.
