I have been described as a, 'Volcano of ideas', forever the optimist and an opportunist. I'm all about creatively solving problems, from the one-offs to the large-scale organisational ones. I love nothing more than providing that perfect solution that creates 'a smile in the mind' (google 'a smile in the mind', it's a great book). I believe my success comes from following my instincts and a need to take things a part to see how it works or by ripping up the rule book and starting again.
