Wim is helping organizations to implement New Generation Work using Jobcrafting, Teamcrafting and Attitude scan. He published a book 'Slim interviewen' about an improving the classical interview with adding the attitude based interview and a test and feedback method for a higher candidate experience.
In 2009, Wim started the School for Recruitment. In 2004, when he co-founded Dynamo, Wim had already enjoyed a rich international career. Armed with a Master’s Degree in Applied Economic Sciences, he started his career in the Cabinet of the State Secretary for SMEs.
