Winny is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. She had graduated from Murdoch University with a Juris Doctor and proceeded to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) from the Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra after her graduation from Murdoch University.
