At first position in Volvo Logistics I was responsible for Masterdata management in Oracle Transportation Management System. In 2011 I was supporting North America office in the system rollout (on site support). Since October 2011, I hold the position of OTM Business Solution Expert in 2nd line support Team. My key responsibilities are Migration support, Tests (UVT, Regression, new Functionalities), planning logic configuraiton.
