I am Technical Support Services (TSS), Inside Brand Sales Specialist for Turkey. I am responsible for achievement of Software Maintenance (SWMA) signing's & revenue targets. Prior to my current role I was performing the role of AR Specialist, responsible for transformation of operations from Turkey to center with Magellan project. As a result of the project we completed harmonization, communalisation of AR activities successfully. AR team was recognized as Team of the Quarter and I was part of this recognition, due to my contribution to the project.
