Since July 2012, I am a researcher at the Göttingen Centre for Digital Humanities and the Insitut for Political Science, Georg-August Universität Göttingen. My research carries out a comparative public policy analysis of internet blocking in liberal democracies. From November 2011 to June 2012, I was a post-doctoral research fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford, researching discourse networks on internet blocking in France and Germany. Before that, I completed my Ph.D in Information and Communication Sciences, at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
