Established in 2005, University of Wah was granted charter by the Punjab Provincial Assembly in 2009. University is offering HEC approved 4-Year Bachelor and 2-Year Master Programs in Basic, Social, Computer, Management and Engineering Sciences. The University has two constituent colleges, Mashal Degree College (MDC) and Wah Engineering College (WEC). WEC is offering BSc Engineering Programs in the fields of Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics, side by side, the college has also been offering MS and PhD Degree Programs in the field of Electrical and Mechanical whereas, MDC is offering BS (4-Year) Programs in selective areas (only for girls).
