A skilled informal and formal educator with experience of working in diverse communities for 15 years including managing staff and projects. I have a wealth of experience working with vulnerable young people who are identified as being marginalised, disengaged and known to the criminal justice system. I have delivered training and taught lessons to professionals and young people around Youth and Community Engagement, PSHE, Identity, Citizenship, Equality and Diversity, Leadership training, Managing Challenging Behaviour and basic English and Maths. I am a dedicated and passionate person who enjoys working with people and supporting them to reach their full potential.
