My research interests focus on the cognitive and neural mechanisms underlying normal and impaired reading. In particular, I am highly interested in how dyslexic readers’ cognitive impairment and the effects of reading intervention are reflected in the reading brain. In the near future, I hope to take the educational neuroscience approach to investigate the nature of reading ability in adults and children and apply these neuroscience knowledge to help them to overcome their reading difficulties.
