I have three years work experience in the IT field. My experience in IT is wide and varied, including troubleshooting, installing software and configuring desktops. I have also provided IT help desk support and have developed interpersonal skills as a result. While working as a collection agent and customer service representative, I gained knowledge on technical working skills in a call center. My knowledge in English, Spanish and French has helped me be exposed to the French, Canadian, English and Spanish markets. I am also currently studying computer science network management to boost my knowledge because the industry is demanding and competitive.
