Roberts is a Miami native with a passion for living life to its fullest, influenced by her Chilean and Danish heritage. Her diverse skill set includes hospitality interior design, property stylist, food & wine programming, club membership development, and creative, charitable fundraising venues. Roberts is also the author of 'Chef's COOKBOOK'​, a celebration of her memorable experiences with celebrated chefs & winemakers all over the world.
