I have learnt that when you find yourself liking or disliking someone it is because you are picking up on the vibrations that person is emanating at that given time.
I make a list of my qualities - positive and negative. Start with aspects of my physical body that I like and dislike and continue with emotional characteristics that I perceive as positive or negative. Usually, the list of negative qualities outweighs the positive. Remind myself of things that people have told me about myself - things that are positive, but that I have never allowed myself to assimilate/integrate or believe.
