Professor Ziska Fields (PhD) is an Associate Professor and Academic Leader at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Her research interests focus on creativity, entrepreneurship, human resources, and higher education. She developed two theoretical models to measure creativity in South Africa, focusing on youth and tertiary education specifically. She has published in various internationally recognised journals and various book chapters. She is the editor of two books, titled ‘Incorporating Business Models and Strategies into Social Entrepreneurship’ and ‘Collective Creativity for Responsible and Sustainable Business Practice’.
