I studied conference interpreting because I wanted to facilitate communication across countries, cultures, people. Little I knew that my passion would have brought me to Ireland, where I discovered another great passion: Learning and Development. It started as a small project, until I went all in, first by obtaining a CIPD Associate Certification, then by mentoring colleagues at LinkedIn and finally by transforming my career when I moved to the Customer Success Team.
