Manage workflow and prioritize testing and certification of Gohar Textile. *Testing and preparation of specimens as needed. *Maintain records, archives, and effective storage method of certified fabrics. *Write and submit Lab Productivity reports on a quarterly basis. *Initiate research projects based on company needs or gaps in collective data. *Making sure all chemical are up to date , wasting of expired chemicals, *Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment. *Demonstrate a high level of lab cleanliness and organization. *Ensure lab safety/good lab practices are followed
