I am a big data 'janitor'. I tame messy data to generate insights.
With a bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications and a Masters in Software Engineering, I work for British Telecom plc, to develop applications aiding various Telecom analytical models (Journey Analytics Monitoring and Network Event Detection).
After a 6 year stint at BT Retail with more than 5 years in developing BI application for Customer Insight team, I have moved onto BT Wholesale and Ventures, as a Data Insight Developer.
