My total service is 23 years, mostly in banking sector split into: • 13 years in IT witin BSF covering different roles including Production Manager covering IT operations, Systems and Network • 3 years with ANB as Network and communications manager, and Systems Manager • 4 years working with service and IT vendors servicing banking sector and government on different project varying from complete turnkey solutions to resource management and SLA based services • For the last 3 years, I worked with COD and built the Service Development Department managing with my project managers multi project to enhance the total experience of our customers 4 Core Skills  Project Management
