Badre has been teaching for 12 years in Morocco, USA, Canada, Europe. He spoke in over 200 international conferences in more than 40 countries, and published dozens of Articles, on Youth Education and professional development, Human Rights, and Middle Eastern Political Economy. He has 4 masters, one on Applied Linguistics and TESL; one on Cultural Studies and Post Colonial Theory, and MBA on Human Resources Management, and one in Cultural Diplomacy. His PhD is on Media and Gender in MENA Region. He is now a post-doctorate and associate researcher at the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill, USA.
