I currently work at Helpchat & OneDirect (B2C and B2B part of the same firm with a total funding of $25m) In my 18 months tenure in Helpchat, I have handled multiple projects and roles which involved launching two best performing categories, setting up the process for category management, marketplace operations/sales, overseeing initial marketing plan and product for the same.
