A manager by profession with an engineer at the core is what describes me the best. After a fruitful stint at NIT Warangal as a mechanical Engineer, a yearlong journey with India’s biggest oil marketer, IOCL has provided me deep insights about the oil industry right from the explorations, import of oil through crude carriers, the tank farms, pipeline networks, refining process to product transfers and sales. High demanding job at IOCL led to the understanding of subtle nuances of management and thus to my stint at IIM Bangalore, where I got exposed to a plethora of working environment from leading the Institute's entrepreneurship club to working on live projects with French Corporates dur.
