I have worked on a range of successful digital products/services, both on long and short term projects, to learn as much as possible in a short space of time about what creates great products. This is what I believe in:
- Keep asking "why": Every successful product starts and ends with asking yourself "why". Why are we creating this product? Why will people buy it? Why will the business benefit?
- Challenge assumptions: Don't ever stop questioning your assumptions. Identify assumptions, define success factors (hypothesis) and test them. Don't be afraid to get things 'wrong'!
