I was born 12 Jun 1973 in Kano State, Northern Nigeria. I had my primary school education from 1978-1984. Thereafter, I attended Govt, Sec Sch Sharada, Kano Teachers College and Govt Sec Sch Kawaji from 1984-1990. I had memorized the Nobe Quran since June 1991. Subsequently, I represented my country in international Quranic recitation contest in Egypt in 1996 and 1997, becoming the only Nigerian to be so honoured. From 1998-2002 I was in Islamic University of Medina Saudi Arabia for my first Degree in Quran and Islamic Studies.
