My main research interest is in improving the interaction between the human and mobile devices, focusing on adaptive graphical representations incorporating human spatial cognition. Orthogonal to this, recently I am starting to study the ways in which human-computer interaction contributes to or deteriorates ordinary people’s well-being, in the belief that happiness would be, and should be, the new “usability” in the coming decades.
