Good understanding of MS for Mobile NOC, IPTV and OTT NOC and performance KPIs. TT handling and level-II IPTV/OTT support. Good knowledge of SQL(Oracle and Teradata). Good knowledge of Tableau for dash boards and reports. Working in NOC mainly as reporting and analysis engineer since 2007.
