And the key areas will be supporting HR in delivering the talent strategic to company and managing all Talent Management initiatives. The initiatives will be starting from talent acquisition (find, identify, attract, develop and retain top talent), work together with Aspire for training need analysis and deliveries, ensure the effectiveness and completion of performance management and appraisals, put ideas on employee rewards and ensure the talent mapping and succession planning well implemented for above mentioned agencies/divisions.
