I have been working as VAS Support Engineer since 2008 in Telecommunication Industry in Albania. During these years I have always been highly motivated to learn fast, to be efficient and effective in any given tasks. I have been able to grow professionally by accumulating a vast technical and professional knowledge on the area of Telecommunication/GSM Network & Systems
and specifically on systems related to VAS domains. During all my years of work I have shown professional and ethical attitude and strictly followed all confidentiality guidelines, work flexibility and completing assigned tasks within SLA (deadlines).
