I am a User Experience Designer at Verizon.
I started my career in Verizon with the redesigning of Verizon Enterprise Solutions Billing module. Then I have been handling the User Experience and User Interface workflows for the "My Profile module" and "Profile Administration". My area of work includes end to end product development through user validations and designing workflows to suit the user need.
