Amb. Akinyemi Rotimi Olowokere is a Nigerian passionate about technology and development issues. He ardently believes that "Convention impedes rationality, constructive thinking and nothing enfranchises like absolute education.
This he has been doing through active participation in development projects and through facilitating discussions about the potentials of the ICTs among young people in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
