My work keeps moving across the areas of process design, information technology and business strategy. In most cases, it has been working in the interfaces of two or more of these areas. One area of fascination has been understanding more of the business-technology interface and bringing in alignment between business strategy, process design and technology. At heart, I guess I am an engineer who likes to make things work. It used to be design, shop floor and software, but today it is more about businesses.
