This new paper by Dr Bruce has been published in the the Journal of Conflictology, Open University of Catalonia, vol. 4, no. 2 (2013). Since the final conclusion of the Good Friday Agreement in 1998, the violent conflict and military operations convulsing the state of Northern Ireland since 1969 appeared over and peace restored.
