Born in Dublin, Georgia in January of 1969 to Marvin Heath and Kay Self. Spent most of my time growing up on Military Bases around the world and moved back to Dublin in 1981 after living in Germany. After High School, I joined the Georgia Army National Guard in 1988. In November of 1990 my National Gaurd Unit was activated for Operation Desert Storm. My unit was deactivated on April 10, 1991.
