Dr Alastair K. Daniel currently works at the University of Winchester as a Senior Lecturer in education. Prior to entering full time academia in 2010, he divided his time between university lecturing and educational storytelling in schools in the UK and Belgium,. Since graduating as a teacher of mathematics in 1985 he has worked in every phase of education both as teacher and storyteller and has provided professional training for teachers both at home and abroad.

Having been a teacher of mathematics, religious education, dance and drama, it is no surprise that Alastair’s doctoral studies were of an inter-disciplinary nature developing a method for the narrative analysis of performance. T.
