Assumed the duties of President of The Source in February 2011 in addition to my duties as it's chair. I currently lead a team of approximately 3500 employees responsible for the performance of 700 plus points of distribution including corporate, dealer and ecommerce stores. With a focus on customer experience, sales, product portfolio expansion and sound management The Source has prospered in a very difficult Canadian consumer electronics market consistently growing market share, revenues and profits.
