Hello, I am a young scholar who is passionate about extending the benefits of sustainable planning and design to people of all ages, socio-economic status, and color. My main passion and expertise are on parks and recreation. As an engaged scholar, my research and teaching are intertwined and aim to make a positive difference for the sustainable and equitable development of urban and rural communities. My current research focuses on access to sustainable infrastructure as an environmental justice issue, with thee areas of focus: access to green infrastructure, access to sustainable transportation, and community engagement.
