- significant knowledge of NOC & Operations Management business processes (incident-/fault management, inventory, work/change Management, Service Assurance, SLA Management etc);
- experience in development and support the Inventory-, Incident- and Workflow systems;
- knowledge of the architecture and features of mobile/fixed telecom networks and equipments (MSC/STP/HLR/MGW, BTS/BSC/RNC, MUX/MW, VAS HW), services and technology (SDH/xWDM/ASON, NGN/TDM, GSM, CDMA 1xEV-DO, VAS);
- understanding eTOM and SID;
- experience in development software requirements, writing technical specifications and formal work instructions and business analysis in general;
- understanding of the telco operator’.
