Gained wide commercial experience in several international Pharmaceutical companies in CIS region. As of February 2013 I was promoted to the positions of General Manager for Novartis Consumer Health, with responsibility to provide operational & execution leadership for activities in Belarus:
=> manage and develop the overall performance of the Country product portfolio, maximising sales within agreed expense budgets
=> achieve agreed organisational objectives, through effective leadership of the sales and marketing teams and optimal management of resources
