IT general management: networks, voice, datacenter, service desk, onsite support, systems development, implementation and operations with up to ~9K end users in scope, serving internal customers and managed services external customers contracts. Systems portfolio includes, among others, workforce management tool dispatching +60K tickets/month to ~3K field technicians.
Accountable for ~12MBRL IT central budget + ~25MBRL company IT spend. Lead of 4 managers responsible for IT operations and avg of 50 simultaneous IT infra+systems projects.
