I serve as a passionate, visionary and driven change agent, strategic leader, innovation advisor and facilitator, business developer, educator and speaker. Starting out in industrial design and in interaction design I quickly experienced that I am able to create more value through a well aligned team of diverse professionals. While building and leading design organizations my focus has gradually shifted from designing products over creating solutions and services to improving processes, empowering people and helping organizations to unleash their full potential.
