After spending the first five years of my career in banking, I saw the light and shifted to startups, and I haven't looked back since. As an Operations & Logistics Manager at Uber, I helped establish one of Uber's biggest markets in Southeast Asia by creating and scaling critical processes in partner acquisition and customer support. I also led the launch of uberHOP, Uber's first carpooling product in Southeast Asia.
